12. Booking & Confirmation
All transport requests are subject to approval. No binding commitment exists until confirmed in writing by PTK Manufacturing.
13. Pricing & Quotations
Quotes are based on provided shipment details. PTK Manufacturing reserves the right to adjust pricing if actual shipment differs.
14. Shipment Liability & Insurance
Liability begins upon pickup. Optional cargo insurance can be arranged separately subject to terms and costs.
15. Dangerous Goods (ADR)
Clients must declare dangerous goods and provide all required documentation. Failure to comply may result in refusal or penalties.
16. Confidentiality
All client data is confidential and only used as necessary to fulfill service obligations or comply with law.
17. Platform Use Restrictions
The PTK Manufacturing platform is for authorized commercial use only. Misuse or unauthorized reverse engineering may result in access termination.
18. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate shipment details and ensure access for pickup/delivery. Incorrect information may cause delays or fees.
19. Real-Time Tracking
When provided, GPS tracking links are confidential and must not be shared externally without approval.
20. Termination of Access
PTK Manufacturing reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or security breaches.
